No fuel pressure

Hello this is about a 1.6 Clio dynamique 2004
Wondered if anyone knows anything about our car troubles. We have no fuel pressure at all an after replacing the fuel pump it hasn't solved the problem, the mechanic says it's the ecu but I'm not convinced, i just wanted someone elses opinion before he charges us a ridiculous amount

First port of call... check the main control relays in the engine bay fuse box.
