No start after abs removal

Just replaced the braking system with a cup set up now have no start just turns over have pressure at rail and power to crank sensor. Is there anything I need to do wiring wise after removing abs pump etc

Have you removed the earth that sits on top of the gearbox and is very close to the abs pump?

It was the relay that controls the fuel pump and the coil totally unrelated.

This morning same thing! Very odd I must have disturbed some wiring
