Noisey exhaust pass MOT?

I got an exhaust on my car today and its a little louder than i wanted! infact its far 2 loud haha was wondering will it fail the MOT because of this?

haha the bloke at the mot centre today was grumbling about my noisy exhaust!

if it very very lound they yes can fail it.

Its has to be deemed as a nucence i belive not sure if there an offiacal level.
