Normal or dead ?

Would this be considered normal wear and would you avoid using it ? It's only on these 3 (F4R Head)

Quick tickle with emery on the journals and some JB weld on the cam, job done lol.

Journals do look ok though, is that a machined groove?

It's not seen a machine shop just yet, I was looking thinking "That ain't right" so was debating if it was scrap or not lol

I have a few set's of cam's luckily so that ones now a decoration in the garage >.<

seen a few like that, polish it out with some fine wet n dry, should be ok
