Normal splash guards ----> 172 wings

Can normal splash guards from the likes of a 1.2 16v or dci clio be made to fit the wings of a 172? I already have the front wider section of the splash guards designed for the 172 wings.

not really. ive just bought a full set off someone on ebay for 30 quid. Best off getting the full set. modifying the standard ones is pointless, never offers much water protection as theyre simply not big enough.

All 4 bits from the front arches for £30? thats a bargain! the wee front sections are £23 each new from reno.

all 4 front parts and the rears as well, as well as the front undertray, just keep an eye out for people breaking them. Yeh i toyed with buying them from renault but was just too expensive. ring matt black at specialist breakers in ackrington im sure they will have a full set they have had plenty of 182/172's.
