north east big meet - sunday 30th Jan

yeah was just put on, was just getting an idea how many will be getting food if it's worth a phone call before we get there so there not pulling any hair with all of us turning up
 
at the last meet there were 2 lasses behind the bar, i was stood there for 5-10 mins while people after me were getting served by them before me, she even looked at me then she served a lad and the lad looked at me said f@@k all, i was giving both the evil eye. that boiled me pee that like

your a picky eater .. but if they've got chips ... EVERYBODY has chips haha

its alright actually .. i liked my burger and normally i like to have a good moan on to get a bite out the staff ... but ... it was nice so i didn't.
 
I had the chicken on a bbq sauce with onion rings and It was a tad warm but it was nice. Not great lol. I'll be defo getting onion rings though

And yeah discount ftw

And the chips were awsome nice golden brown chunky and soft

should be great, the numbers are looking really promising now! should be a good day and hopefully the worst of the weather has gone and the weather will pick up for this meet!

i remember the last convoy i tooj through there. about 12 of us creeping about 5mph over the 20+ speed bumps ended up causing so much traffic behind us.

looking forward to my onion rings and dip!!
 
There's a CCTV camera looking over the car park, last time we were there it was looking at us lol

so no funny business or fast accelaration that sort of thing i or we dont want any coppers showing up
 
Has anyone rang the Sundial yet, to let them know about the mass invasion?

We should arrange a pre meet point, then we can all drive down the coast together! Be a sight to see in shields.

I was thinking the big council car park at the Marsden Grotto, then it's a 2 mile drive straight down to the Sundial.

Just an idea of course...
 
i was going to ring them but soem one on here sorry cant remember who said it was allright no need as they can cope with allot of people

EDIT come to think of it as you say its only 2 miles so wont make that difference

yeah the grotto is fine with me

how about 12:45 meeting time there at grotto?

The meeting point as at the point where both north and south would meet, it's not out the way, and it's 1 long single carriageway road. should keep us all together!!
