Not starting

Took the clio for a good blast last night. Tried to start it and it turns over but not starting..

What are the main causes of this.. any feedback welcome need car to travel to devon tonight!

Try the above then get your mulitmeter out- mine wouldn't start weds night- was traced to a dodgy wire under the engine fuse box.

It worked after cleaning it but decided to replace it with the new loom for peace of mind really.
