As above ^
Ive got a 150w rms amp that will be used for the new ones and already have 2 subs.
Want some speakers with good clarity and got about £100 to spend, any suggestions?
DLS 10x7s. Thats what I got and F*ck me they go as loud as you like with no distortion what so ever! Cost £200 tho. Sound quality is the best Ive heard. Had them for 3 years and still going strong!! This aint where I got them from but just so you get an idea............
If you have 2 subs already, 6x9s are a waste of time as you dont need the bass. Get decent components up front and maybe amp them and upgrade the rears to higher quality 2ways just for sound fill.
As everyone says, avoid 6x9s and spend as much as possible on some front components. Subs will distort and eventually blow any speaker mounted on the parcel shelf. If you really want rear fill then get some 2 way co-axs and mount them in the standard location.
