O2 Pictures and Internet

My dad has a Sony Ericsson w810i. Everytime he tries to send a picture message or go on the internet, it says connection failed, please check settings or profiles.

I've been on the O2 website and sent him the settings from there, but still nothing, getting the same error message.

Does anyone know how to sort it? I remember I had the same problem with my w900i, but I figured it out in the end. Cant remember how though.

I think he probably doesnt have o2s internet settings.

All he needs to do is call them, and what they do is send you a setting file. That's what I had to do on Vodafone.

Make sure internet account is 02mms PAYG or whatever its supposed to be.

Did he buy the phone after the sim card? 02 may not know you have a 3G handset.
