o2's Return Policy

Does anyone know the returns policy for phone bought at an o2 store.

I bought an iPhone on PAYG last Friday but want the 3GS, will they let me exchange or is it too late.

I know with a contract you get a cooling off period but not sure if it's the same on PAYG.

LOL I knew it was coming out but didn't want to spend £440 on it but had a change of heart this morning.

Then I doubt it - most of the '14 day cooling off' things are based on DSR, not on in-store purchases anyway.
