Official CSEA September Meet - Rolling Road Day - Date & Time TBC

Well it's time for another rolling road day. Rindy at FMS has now moved so I will be calling him tomorrow to check availability and get a date set.

I'm looking at one of the last weeks in September most probably on a Sunday.

Price will be roughly £35 if we can get 10 people. This usually consists of two runs and a little chat about performance etc....

FMS rolling road is usually bang on and reliable as we've seen spot on results of 165-168 on standard 172's and 175-178 on 182's. Even a 1.2 TCE that got 100.2 and book is 100! Rindy is great and will give good advice too if you have any queries.

I will happily open this up to any other makes and models but Clio's will be first, then FWD then RWD. I would also like to see below your car model and what power you would like to see from your car as this makes it easier later on and it's nice to see people's predictions.

The point is having never had it on you need a guess of what you expect, mines never been on either except last time at 178 but a lot has changed lol!

Just to let you no Danny from the old' grapevine at work Rindys working out of scholar on the a140 and frost don't exist anymore? So I'm 99% sure he got rid of all the equipment?

He still has a rolling road at scholar as was up there with a mate couple of weeks ago and there was a B18 Honda integra engine in back of 205 he was mapping and setting up on the dyno

Did you read the first line ;)

He's all set up in a unit next to scholar, nothing to do with scholar at all. Friend picked engine up a month back and spoke to him.

Fair enough. Only what I heard around work and Ipswich lol I'll properly be game for this aswell, be good to see what my cars running as seems abit slower then when first bought lol

Hi Lee, its beside Scholar Engines in Suffolk. Little village called Mendelsham on the A140 in between Ipswich and Norwich.

Danny do you run uprated cams in yours?

If so what ones are they?

I've heard alot of reviews of the 438's which i might take plunge over winter and get fitted

Danny runs something a bit more than cams.

438s are awesome cams! I have a cammed engine for sale for a silly cheap price, just saying :p

Yea im guessing it may well be supercharged :)

How much you selling your cammed engine for?

Also what cams are in it and what mileage etc has it done?

I know it says TBC in the title but I could do with a date and time for this as I have holiday booked in September. Are we any closer to knowing details?

I'd like to get mine dyno'd so that I have a base reading to work from.

Unfortunately FMS is booked throughout September.

Looking at 14th October, had phone confirmation just waiting for written confirmation.

Clearly I don't even know when I am booked to go away as I have just found out that I will be back in the early hours of Sunday 14th so can make it...albeit jet lagged
