I keep forgetting this happened, then every few months I see the CS GOLD tag and remember.

When my step bro worked in a hospital he received a very apologetic thank you letter from a woman. Several weeks earlier she had gone into A&E with a nasty lump on her breast. It was brown and flakey. After some calming down the doc asked her to taste it - it was apparently marmite on a crumb of toast and not the tumor she had thought.... This reminds me of that.
