Oil Change help

Going to do this before next track day!! Service light will be on soon can i get this off myself??

Also do i need a new sump washer or are they copper?

you will need a washer there not copper but they have a small rubber insert in them..

Tip, remove the alloy housing above oil filter, only held on with 2 bolts.

Saves a lot of time & skin ;)

Any 5w40 is good enough.

did mine on wednesday and used
5w 40 silkolene pro s from opie oils
oil filter from the stealers(purflux)
sump plug washer from the stealers aswell
all in less than £60

^^ agree with the above take the fuel rail guard off and remove the engine under tray i did and it was a good job i did as when i removed the filter alot of oil spilt out

Mark if you need a hand give me a shout. the clio has no serv indicator. that only comes on when airbag or low oil level is at fault.

ok mate will do im going to change it 2moro with shell helix ultra fully synth 5w40 if i get stuck will give you a shout done loads of oil changes before so should be ok lol
