Oil Change once or twice a year?

Do you change your oil once or twice a year?

I have always done it twice but is this actually necessary or not worth it?

I do about 10k a year although I do a lot of short trips each week.

I like to change mine every 6k.

When even you required. 12k or what ever Renualt stipulate. The onus is on you, if you do more track focused driving then change it more often...
