Oil for service

Hi guys,

My 182 is going in for it's 12000 mile service on Saturday morning. I've been adviced to buy my own oil. I've heard someones name thrown about called Debbie, can anyone give me the contact details for her and tell me what I should ask for?

Also, being as I may have left it a little late, does Renault use good oil when they perform the service or will the put in crap?

Cheers

Wullie

the renault i took my car to ONLY used elf oils as recommended by renault

which is good

most franchiise places will probably just put whatever they have in bulk in. i.e. whatever they got the cheapest deal on

Thanks for the tip chris182

I could go down the library and sit myself, reading ever book under the sun to answer every question I have. But I like to interact. It helps me learn better as well :D

I've just bought 6L of Motul 300V Power 5W40 from oilman on here. This stuff is supposed to be the nads, so I'm looking forward to getting it changed.

This is his website - he usually runs offers for car club members.

How much did the 6L of Motul 300V Power 5W40 cost you Lucas. Will 6L be enough for my service or will I need more?

use the contact i found above, Debra, if you are after elf excellium, brilliant price and you can then get it changed every 6k!.
