OIL OK reading

I know when you start your car up the OIL OK thing comes up and goes off after 1/2 seconds. but latly when i start the car it comes on and stays on for 5 minutes and when it eventually does come off it resets my mileage count everytime.

Any one else's doing this? Any reason why as it's annoying.

My oil readout only stays up fot a few secs.

seems some of them do what ever they want, jons stays up, mine doesnt

It's strange why it resets your mileage though :S

Have your battery checked I'd get itits got low and needs chnaging.
