Oil OK ??

filled the car with petrol and when i started the car where the milage normaly is had "Oil OK" written but stayed on for a minute which is a lot longer than normal. Is this ok?

Yeah, you never noticed it before?

Don't take that for anything, usually wrong, check you oil regularly with dipstick

I have noticed it but it stayed on for ages which never has done. my instument panel dont wrk. i press on end of the stick and nothing happens.

not on that stick! the little one sticking out the dash

It's the little black stick thats ticks out of your dash mate, not by the side of your wheel. The one that resets your MPG, Miles Done etc not the one that changes between them

ok. however the on e that changes between them doesnt work on mine. nothing happens when press it

Are you pressing it as soon as you see 'OIL OK'? If you leave it till that dissappears then it will just reset your MPG, miles etc

i havnt pressed the small black stalk on the dash when oil ok comes up yet. but the one on the stalk doesnt work any time at all

hmmmm.... Your pressing the right stick (windscreen wipers, front and back) and nothing changes on your trip computer? How are you able to change between MPG and MILES DONE?
