oil panel

i am wondering how to make a panel work

the panel that dosent work is in the middle of the oil panels hope u understand what i mean



the two others work but not the one in the middle

how do i make it to work

Ok, youre talking about the oil temperature dial, there is a temperature sender somewhere on the engine block (I dont honestly know where, maybe on the front of the block near the where the dipstick enters??) check the wiring there, you could also check the sender itself with a multimeter as the resistance value should change as the oil temperature changes, but I dont know what values you should be getting for it.

Hopefully someone on here will be able to help you more, but hopefully Ive given you a starting point.

you dont have a nackerd oil unit as the level and temp work off the same unit

so prob a nackerd or loose conection

or bust dial!

the other 2 dials work perfectly its just the one in the middle

anyone with pics how i shuld do it

its more easy like that for me because i am not that good with cars

i just like driving my 16v and i like to wash it
