have recently had my mk1 172 in the bodyshop and they had disconnected the power supply ie stereo needed recoding. Big thing is that the trip computer, mpg calculator are all a bit out, does it need to run in a bit for it to reset itself again or is it a doss-up by the garage?

run it for a while.the trip computer will be unaccurate after resetting it until youve done a fair few miles.
