on track, struggling to change down from 4th to 3rd.

As title really. When coming towards a corner and braking it didn't like going into 3rd.

I wasn't heel and towing so learning/practicing that might help but anyone got any suggestions?

The clutch feels good and its had new gearbox oil.

Assuming the linkage is adjusted right, and the clutch is properly disengaging, sounds like it might be 3rd gear synchro.

Heal and toe should help though.
