I just noticed that my 3G's case is cracked at the bottom. The place where everyone's goes.

FTW. Free replacement at the Genius Bar tonight, then home to restore to 3.0

These are meant to be comparison shots of the 3G and 3Gs camera quality. I think they must have sprayed grease onto the 3G lens because I do not get piss poor results like that.

Yep. As long as it's obviously the defect. Not abuse. Which mine is... it's perfect other than that. It lives in it's little Apple sock.

Last year you could add bolt ons. I know you barely use your phone but you must have some bolt ons?

I got my iPhone 3G A month ago on Sunday. Free I phone, 24month contract, £35 a month And i bolted on unlimted texts for £7.34 a month so for £42.50 I get

Unlimited Texts
500 minutes
Unlimited Internet Access.

Why have the bolt ons stopped?

I've got a quick question, which has probably been covered, but as this thread is full of people playing with themselves in anticipation of the 3GS I may have missed it.

As a current contract iPhone user, is there any reason why I couldn't go and buy a 3GS from the Apple Store, slip my sim in and game on?

There is no reason to stop you doing this and you can. Only issue is insurance (if you have it)

LOL.

I really don't like Apple's way of working for the most part, but they do have some nice units. I quite fancy a Mini Mac myself, just because it's something I can leave on 24/7 and it won't use much more electricity than an old lightbulb (apparently).

I also want an AirTunes Express so I can use that Remote app on the iPhone.

I used envirophone.

My 2G iPhone didn't work, the screen was smashed and it wouldn't even turn on.

£70.
