That is fukcing disgraceful, not only of those Chav scumbags but by the coppers too. What the fukc do we pay our taxes for? If it was me Id be absolutely fuming and out for blood!!

I woudnt try revenge though until youd gone down every other route as scum like this always seem to get away with it. Some good sugestions so far:

Firstly shop her for having no insurance on the road. If the Police dont want to do anything, go to the media about the disgraceful attitude of the Police in your area.

Then demand the manager of Texaco do something about it or youll write to his bosses and get the local media involved. Maybe even threaten legal action - Id speak to a solicitor if I were you.

Get an appointment with/write to your local MP and see what he has to say about it if the Police arent willing to do anything. Again mention the press and that youll be mentioning him personally and the local Police, see if that gets anything done.

Name and shame her in the local paper whilst youre at it. "No insurance, blamed me for it, CCTV tapes conveniently gone missing, Police/Texaco not interested, etc".

Hopefully that should get something done about it. If not, then
get a bunch of lads off here and go kick the sh*t out of them and torch her car.

P.S Well done for smacking the mouthy tw*t!

Ive got an appointment to see my solicitor on Monday afternoon. He reckons he will get this sorted no probs... either from Texaco or CHAV b**ch as i now call her.

He said what ever i do, do not approach her or her vehichle as this will throw the whole thing down the pan

Get an old biro pen and pull the ink tube out....coat the inside of the biro tube with super glue and then poor sand into it when dry empty out excess sand... scrape a dozen red match heads put them into the middle of the tube the sand will lodge the pieces in the middle area..lay it into the exhaust pipe and then cable tie a rubber glove filled with 1/4 pint of petrol onto the exhaust pipe... then watch what happens when the car is started..lol

heres what you do.

Report it to your insurance, they will send you an MIB form (Motor Insurers Bureau). This is used for hit + run/uninsured drivers. Fill in the form and wait for them to deal with your claim. You will have to pay a £300 excess to the MIB (separate to your own policy so ur NCD etc WONT be affected).

As for as being private property thats horse sh*t, basically if it has an entrance + an exit an Insurance would argue it was a "road". If it just had one combined entrance/exit, then it would be private property.

so, youll be fine, theres nothing u can do about the £300 excess, u gotta pay that, but the rest will be paid by the MIB. Third party chav will get done for no insurance (IN10 conviction), and the MIB may even try to reclaim their outlay off the said chav too!

Grrr that is so frustrating - I cant believe the police wont do anything. How can they let people drive around when they know they havent got insurance?

Look what happened to guy in the other thread who lost his licence for 6 months just for parking his girlfriends car, but the police let off chav sl*gs like that one!

I think youre doing the right thing by letting your solicitor sort it out. Failing that, take a baseball bat and rearrange her car - see how she affords to repair it

Makes no noise, cheap for you, can do it at a distance and works a bloody treat and costs mega money to get it fixed if you pour it over everything! Ive not done this to anyones car buy the way. I had some chav c**t in a saxo slam on infront of me, causing the car behind to smash the back of mine. Still waiting to get my car fixed... And the police will do nothing without a number plate.
