Online backups - Anyone use them?

Need to get some stuff backed up. A 2nd hard drive isn't cutting it anymore.

A NAS box or external HDD at home isn't enough as I need to access it from different locations.

I've looked at drop box, iDrive and Jungle Disk. I use drop box atm but I need more space.

iDrive looks well priced at $15 for 500gb anyone got any experience?

Has anyone used a similar service?

This is critical data so I don't mind paying. There will be around 300gb of stuff. It needs to work on both Mac and Windows.

I've been using Carbonite for a few years, unlimited storage for $55 a year - i'm not 100% sure on Mac support though so you would need to check this out.

No good for the amount of data required. I need an always available solution.
