Only just joined up so need advice please

Got a few grand to spend to get more power but unsure what to do.

Throttle bodies?

Low compression turbo?

But RS Tuning leeds don't rate the turbo conversion.

Any input to help me out would be great thanks.

Is buy a new car somewhere in your list?

I think I'd take the cumlative say £6k from the sale proceeds of yours and the turbo converstion and get something else. Unsure of what but I couldn't justify that level of cash on a component part. You're effectivley spending the cars worth on the engine.

Erm, in that case I'd get a S/C kit.

Couple of people have them and it does make the car VERY quick. Search for kungfuspaghetti - he's a member with a s/c.

kw coilovers.
yozza exhaust + decat.
brembo hc discs, ds2500 pads, braided lines, dot 5.1 fluid.
rear anti-roll bar.
remap.
lightweight wheels (ultraleggeras etc).

that would be a very fun car and still very reliable. its exactly what i would do if i had the money to.

just been reading a few threads on itb's vs s/c.... jesus there are lots ha ha

now concerned about the engine with s/c also people with itb's are quite happy.

but............the power in s/c must be amazing

RS2 inlet is the best bang for buck imo or cams and a decent remap.
