Ooops

Forgot to put the plastic cover back on top of the engine last time I was under the bonnet, and it proceeded to place itself on top of the manifold while I was driving along.

Anyone know where I could get another from?

Also, any hints on how to get melted plastic of the manifold?

yea renault there quite cheap too! make a bit of a smell did it tom? - lol

lol! It didnt actually. I only went on a two minute trip, and had to check something under the bonnet again, and realised I hadnt put it back.

Ive lost one of the screws and part of the cover has melted.

Just looks a bit messy under there now.

i;ve dont it on a 172........not the whole cover, the oil filler flap.......and it reeks!
