Opinions on bike spray job....

Right, so here's my R6....

Differences from the old pics are it now has a rear seat cowl, that gay bar removed and a few carbon bits and bobs on it.

Currently stripped down as it needs a damn good service, new sprockets etc, but when it comes off the road in winter I'm going to do some major work on it, including complete colour change.

Now the bike will be with me for a long time, isn't worth a huge amount to warrant selling, and no chance I'll need anything quicker to be honest!
Had a few different ideas, including Matt Black, already got plenty of carbon fibre bits to go on it, and then a mad colour for the wheels, probably orange....?

But, throw some ideas in please
I'm not after fancy air brushing etc, or race reps, want something different and completely one off.

Mirrors
Front mudguard if I can source one
Frame infil bits possibly
Exhaust
Yoke cover

What ever the colour choice, i would have stickers. But from the new R6 as those stickers are making it look a bit old hat.

Was thinking some subtle stickers blending into the paintwork?
It had a full custom respray and stickers around 3 years ago, which is how it stands now.

If you dont carry a pillion, have a rear cowl then remove the footpegs. Race rep would be my choice but as stated not what you want.
Perhaps get some bits anodised like red foot pegs etc then black wheels with a red lip

Plus it's a bit too Cliosport!

It's got a seatcowl on now as said. I'm leaving the rear pegs I think just incase I do take anyone on it.

Have a look at dream machine's website mate. They are specialists in bike painting and they do wonders, I've seen bikes they've done myself.

My Uncle knows a VERY good chap who does all the paint work for his road and race bikes... Local as well.

He has just got all his Ducatti furrings back... Red and white, with full race livery!

I would go black with all the carbon parts... Then some stupidly bright colour to break it up!

I know know naff all about bikes, but I really like that one, the colours look ace.

Matt black is a deffo from me, with either gold wheels like that one (looks jps though) or bright wheels.

Here's the bike 'naked'!
So far I've changed the plugs and cleaned a few bits up.

Need to do the oil and filter change on it, clean the air filter, fit the fuel filter, new sprockets/chain. Also need some new pads pretty badly so need to find some money for them from somewhere.
Autosol'd the rear wheel while it was off too...
