Orange clio flames !!! Taunton

Im always seeing this guy round where i live (Taunton, somerset) its possibly the worst clio ive seen, its orange and had a huge black clio sticker on the side and flame vinyls on the bonnet!! just wondering if anyone else has seen this guy? Or if the guys a member on here?
