Orange Contract

Hey, just wondering if anyone has started a contract then somehow cancelled it without any charges, im with Orange 35 and not to happy with there service, I have just had my first bill throw and they decided to put some hidden charges in there, its not a lot, buts not the pont either.

Anyways just wondering if there is anyway off cancelling without have a massive sum to pay off, have only had the contact for 1 month.

Any help at all would be helpful.

no way to get out of the contract. I guess the 1p charge for the delivery reports got you too. I've been with them for just over 15 months, first 8 or so months i had major problems with them but since i switched to the dolphin contract it's been tip top.

Ye delivery report is one thing, just annoyed because they should have told me/us when buying it.

^ yes which is why im even more fucked off with them.

ive written a full letter of complaint and sourced an address (they are like the secret service of something, no names or addresses anywhere)

they phoned me today to offer me deals as im near the end of my contract, I've been with them 3 years on contract and 4 on PAYG, let loose on the women about how s**t orange is etc and she didnt have much to say then offered me an 18 month contract which I said I didnt want and she said well its going the way that all contracts will be 18 months and I said well then I dont wanna be with you, terminate my contract on the end date please, I'll find someone else!

i've found some people at orange to be complete bellends. But then others have been mint and helped me out.....Actually i've gotta ring them and ask about upgrading my phone soon
