Orange unlimited texts - £35 SCAM!!!

looking at last months and this months bill on PDF file (From internet account) they've only put 500 message a month on!!!!... Oh theres gonna be hell tomorrow if they don't fix it, i paid last months without looking at the bill but i'll be asking for the £48 from last month back aswell.

My heart skipped a beat when i saw my bill!!

you sure the unlimited doesn't have small print to say its equivalent to 500 or something like that, like a fiar use policy or something?

Guys I was told that 'unlimited' texts is actually capped at 3000! That's the reason I stayed with O2 this time!

I was told unlimited was unlimited by Orange, on the same plan myself, but if they thought you were abusing it they would give you a call to "discuss the situation" in her words.

Dont think you will have a problem rectifying the bill, they are very helpful, but lay off the p**n chat mate ...

they stuffed me on texts once but i wouldnt back down and they eventually sorted things for me, took a while though and i had to write letters to them

dont call at night as the staff cant sort anything like that out and basically just tell you its your own fault etc

I've got a brilliant contract with Orange at the moment, 2000 texts per month and 100 mins, just for £25 a month

I sent between 1000-1800 texts per month.

I get 1000 texts and 200mins with a k800i for £30 a month with orange, ive used about 1500 a month, managed to get it down to 700 now

I was thinking of going on that unlimited texts but its made me think twice now.... make sure u get all ur money back

I had a similar experience with next directory, they charged me twice but swore blind i had the item twice when i didnt, after months of letters, phone calls etc they eventually gave my money back and i closed the account with them

they should sort it. happened to my mate, he was on the 1500 txts deal, and they missed off about 1000 txts on his first bill. orange are clampits.

the unlimted txts/mins is also limited to 3000 (which is s**t loads but still not unlimted)

im going back with O2 after months of looking around. 300mins/750txts for £30

same as advertising when it says FREE* then you realise it aint free unless you buy 400 of their products first.

Situation sorted now... They've changed it to the unlimited texts and have given me 250 extra minutes this month (Cause they know fine well i won't get anywhere near that ammount!?!?) Anyway didnt have to pay for the call as the lovely Indian lady gave me a call back, without me even asking. Bills now down to £35! I sent around 2400 messages last month, which is bad for me (Taking advantage of the contract i guess). Don't think i'll ever touch 3000

great contract for the talkers and texters and i've prob given it a bit of a bad rep with my outburst last night which it doesn't really deserve, every makes mistakes?

I'm on Orange too - currently getting 1200mins, 15MMS, 2MB GPRS and 1200 texts a month free. I've not paid more than £40 for a bill so far and that's just the line rental!

I have unlimited txts on my tariff with Vodafone. Most I have sent in a month is about 1100 even then I was txting all day long lol.

Yes that was me lol they missed off my 1000 free text on my plan, rang up, they said oh yeah sorry computer error and sorted it all. Don't worry, they'll refund the cash, go nuts at em tho and see if you can get loads of freebies out em or cancel the contract on the terms they haven't honoured there side or summit!
