Chances are the AI, physics etc will be dumbed down for the xbox and likely will be much lower resolution than we are used to on the PC.
Just like you had to do on crysis when it first came out, not many could run with the physics are highest levels with shaders cranked up etc. Same will happen on the xbox, as well as it likely running at 720P or lower resolution wise.

Or it will just be massively optimized for the 360's hardware.
Obviously it won't be "Very High" settings as on the computer.
