Outlook outgoing email servers

Im always moving between offices and different ISP's and its a pain in the arse constantly changing the outgoing mail server for my email address each time.

Any ways around this or any servers i can use from any ISP or country to send me emails?

Maybe your ISP's servers allow you to authenticate?
Authenticated SMTP should work from anywhere.. (Unless your ISP is really, really paranoid! )
