P0204 - Misfire + Coilpack

I've tried switching injectors 4 & 3 (4 being the far left) and the fault didn't change.

I switched the coilpack for a new one with no improvement but when I went to change the ht leads I noticed a mark on the new coilpack, has it blown?

I changed the leads anyway with no improvement, the last owner put new spark plugs on 15k ago.

I've also got fault p0130 but I have a decat on, which is causing that?

When I got the misfire originally it bogged down for a second or two and then started running fine for around 10 minutes and it started misfiring at around 2.5k when I got it home 20 minutes later it was constantly misfiring.

Just in case anyone else has this problem (P0204 - Cylinder 4 Injector Circuit Malfunction)
I got a multimeter and the injector from cylinder 4 was bad, it showed no resistance, but when I originally switched it over to another cylinder didn't move the fault code, even when I cleared the faults.

What is the millage on the clock interested to know when they start to fail.
