I thought he might have been of a goth/emo background and it stood for 19 year old and pale.

Could see a sticker in the window, looked like a CS but hey ho!

Yeah ive been spotted at last, just got it about a month ago, not sure what the plate stands for but quite like it now does look like pig ale. cs stickers in the window true and proud.
