Pads Not making proper contact with disc

the inside pads on the front brakes aren't making even contact with the discs, about 60% of the discs surface is covered in corrosion!

They dont squeal either or make any noise

what can cause this problem? They are cheap feodo sl pads and discs.

They have covered approx 4000 mile

could be binding in the caliper.

Remove pad, clean contact surfaces and check for some vertical movement

My 200 did this on the rear, stripped & cleaned all the calipers, sorted the problem for me.
