Paint codes / where to buy

I had my alloys refurbished and as the colour was slightly out the centre caps were done aswell. I need to redo them and have been told the following paint was used:

"The paint we used is WB813 over the top of LSK3 then lacquered."

Do these colour codes make sense? Where can I get them?

any local auto factors should be able to mix the paint for you if you give them the code! shouldnt be a problem at all, they usually have them all listed on computer or in a book
