Paint removel help

Just washed and waxed my new car and i have noticed 3 pin head size blobs of white paint on my wing. Obviously the car was parked next to someone who was painting there f**king fence and they flicked on to the paint work

Any ideas how to get it off?

Any help would be much appriciated

That will be tough enough? The paint must of been on there for some time. Very very hard.
