Paint splash on body work

A mate of mine has driven through some paint on the road...

are there any products that will lift this off? or how would he go about getting it off?

Thought you guys could help as i didnt have a clue

Would wd40/petrol not damage the paint at all?

Go back to posting in General Tat.


I would suggest starting with a TFR or Traffic Film Remover. Then gradually up the chemicals if that doesn't s**t it.

If this doesn't s**t it, your only route is an agressive clay, designed to remove overspray, then polish.

Petrol won't definitaly damage the paintwork unless you pour it and leave there for 2 weeks.

i drove over a spray can that exploded red paint all over my mini

my brother used the autosmart tar remover i thnk it was (big blue square tin)

came straight off
