painting grill etc

Ok so going to paint my grill, fog surrounds and wing mirror back plates etc. Question is do i go satin black or gloss black, the car is arctic blue

Did you put a matt clear coat on top or just the matt black paint with no clear coat

Dont paint them I did mine and they look horrid when they chip.

If you do, do them satin.

The new grilles are not black, I bought a brand new one and its grey.

Should I use a matt laquer over the satin base coat?

Remove, clean, dry.

Then just dust some satin black. No need to prep, no need to primer, no need to lacquer.

I just used primer and satin black top coat from halfords. Still looks good a year on
