Paintwork cracking?

its not a clio i know, but anyway
my rallye has a few tiny marks where the paint has cracked, can only see when im up close say when detailing it, are they a really bad thing of worse things to come? can i sort them out

also has one small area where the paint has bobbled up where water has got to it r something, should i do something to it?

sounds like its had some non original paintwork that has reacted over time.
