Panasonic Viera Timer Programming...?! Arghhh

Oh help someone!

I've bought a 2014 viera AS5000. There's no way I can see to schedule a program. Google doesn't help and he manual doesn't have it.

I can't believe they've missed this out but it really does seem this way. Does anyone have a viera can help?! Ta [emoji106]

I know you need a usb HDD for recording.

That just takes you to that channel. It's stupid!

I thought that was just for recording through the guide. I'm always scheduling things to record in the guide by mistake :rage:

I don't understand tho. My old 5 year old outgoing tv was a peice of piss. This is uber-specced and a new model.... Doesn't do it...?!

Might have found it, mine's a few years old but if you go to guide, arrow over to the programme, press ok. It'll say it's setting to record, press down arrow and it changes to reminder instead of record.

Have you tried selecting the program in guide and pressing menu?

Still no! I've stuck a thread on AV forums, if they can't answer it I'm fooked!
