TrackCar & F30 330d
Well following on from my last thread when i painted the Toyo R888 on my track tyres.
I went to Bedford Autodrome yesterday to do the GT Circuit.
First thing, i was fully amazed with the amount of grip the R888's give was keeping up with a 911 Turbo round the corners. A Youtube Vid with proof will follow in the next few days
Second thing, the Carbone Lorraine pads were fantastic, was a bit wierd at first as the peddel seemed quite soft but the last 2/3 of the peddle gave great feedback and was outbreaking lots of other cars.
Really recomend the tyres and pads
So here are a few pics from today. Nothing professional just my old man with his SLR.
This is the reason i had to take my seats out, lots of stuff in the back Made is difficult to get off the drive :S scrapy scrapy
An emmence Fiat 500, he went out before me and came in after me. Was just going round and round for ages
My mates Willy
A MAD DC5, was so rapid
I belive in Karma. When you have lots of fun somthing bad has to happen.
Well the Exhaust surround really melted
But that wasnt too bad, Some more bad stuff had to happen.
After i had put my track wheels on my 182 wheels were stacked up i went off for the breifing and my old man put the wheels in the boot ready to drive over to the pit garages. He picked one up and it slipped out of his hands and it landed face down on the concreat. They had been re-furbished and WERE mint now it has 30 stone chips
Videos to come in the next few days
