PAS sensor/switch front bumper remove?

I need to replace my pas switch and just been looking today on how to do it,looks like i need to remove the bumper to get spanner access?

You can get to it without removing the bumper iirc

How do you manage doing that then,as ive looked at removing the grille but cant get it off because of the clips.

Fuel rail guard off if you want more room. Two 10mm nuts, you'll need a depo 10mm socket.

2 10mm nuts??..my fuel guard rail is off & i need a 21mm socket or spanner & no room to get at it or room to move the spanner.

2 x 10mm nuts for the rail guard. I don't know how you can't do it then, fiddly right enough but you should have more than enough room buddy unless your PAS pipe has been bent.

Nah no room for a spanner,need a deep 21mm socket i think & try it that way.

Anyone had ago at changing the sensor then?

Yup.. did mine a month or so ago, I found space a real issue, but was doing a PS fluid change anyway so disconnected the pipe from the pump and brackets and pulled it up which made it a piece of cake... maybe worth doing a fluid change just to make it easier .. ?

yeah might have ago at just taking the whole pipe off then mate if thats easy to do,any tips was it easy?
