any one know know how how a valver or williams will drive without power stearing? as i think my pump is on its way out (it make a very very loud deep sounding skretch! when turning at low speeds) Its seems like a long job to change it!

Stearing will be very heavy.

Eays option is to remove the system if you want use a normal none PAS rack remove the pump and stick a puley in the way or sort the AUX belt out.

Using a mnaul rack the stearing is lighter than a broken PAS rack. You have to decide what to do driving round on a dead pump might cause a lot of problems (broken AUX belt or engine fire which is expensive).
