passanger seat wont lift up

i can lift the handle, but it wont let me move the chair forwards so people can get in the back

any ideas on what i need to do

Lol this happened the other day wen i was stressed to my driver's seat,

I snapped the handle lol

By lift up, I assume you mean 'tilt/slide' for rear passenger access?

If so, lift the handle up and look underneith it. You will see one single Torx20 screw. Undo this and easily remove the handle. Then, two further T20 screws are holding the base of the handle down. You should see the cable either dis-connected from the moving part, or the cable itself will be slightly warped/bent and unhooked from the base of the handle (with the little green clip being adrift).

You can clip the green clip on the cable back into position and it may work for sometime, but chances are it will fall off again because the cable is distorted.
