Passed my first mot today

Yeah happy days i passed it thankfully i no the bloke that does it so he checked my car over before he did the mot, which resulted in brand new pads as they were bear metal (thanks for you help there guys from other night telling my what to look out for) and all the oil over my front right driveshaft is a leaky oil pump or something (anyone no if this is a cheap fix)????

to be honest did not realise what my clio felt like with breaks until now i usually just change down a gear lol but ive been told to get new discs soon as well though so im looking at getting all the drums at back changed as well.
