Passenger electric window struggling to go up

It's goes up slow when engine is on and when off its gets to half way and stops dead as if not enough power?

Is it a scrappy job and get a new motor?

Spray silicone grease into the rubbers, they may have just dried out causing too much friction. When the car's turned off its not getting as much power as when running obviously so if the windows getting stuck in the rubbers itll just cut out before it overloads the motor. Worth trying before replacing anything
