Passenger seat wont go fowards

I have a MK2 Ph1, when i pull the handle up to get in the back, the passenger seat will tilt but wont slide on the rollers. I cant see anything stuck underneath.

Also when i pull the handle underneath it rolls freely, so there nothing stuck, anyone else had this problem? It worked when i first had the car up until a month ago, then one day just didnt work.

If you take the pull handle out you can see the cable,it may have jumped out or snapped off hope this helps
