I might order a massive one just to annoy the people that are getting so wound up
over something that's essentially unimportant.

TBF the only people getting wound up that I can see, are those who can't accept differing opinions. "It's a discussion board. Stuff gets discussed." - ///Munson 2013

Nice that people showing their respect for him personally and mostly as his character.

I find it immoral that people are expressing their opinions over someone mourning his passing, I'm not up for a debate about it as it's insensitive.

Brilliant mate, I think it suits your car brilliantly, after all it goes well with all the other 1.2's you seen in the film....

If the sticker had said "'dude I almost had you'" - Brian O'conner, played by Paul Walker", then it would have been fine. As it is, it just wrong. In 10 years time, anyone can come along and play Brian O'conner in the reboot and say the same line. The line wasn't even thought up by Paul Walker. if anything, the credit should go to the script writer.

This isn't a bash at people buying the stickers, you have to other option but to buy this one. Its more a complaint/annoyance to the people who designed/printed them in the first place!!

Ooooo
Imagine if they ever made a remake of the first one
It would be sacrilege to use those lines!

I really think people are going too far with this....

its so sad and tragic that he died but some people just get silly, he was an actor in a film, films are not real !

I think what people are forgetting is it's one of the most memorable lines out of the movie, and if you ask anyone who said that line they would know who he was, so I would imagine that line was chosen because it will remind people of what he was - a good actor, and it's a bit tongue in cheek. No point in having something random wrote that no one will even know he said - certainly nothing to get wound up about IMO as a lot of famous people through history (Especially presidents, Prime ministers and well known speakers) will have had someone write their speeches, or at least help them, so it's really not worth arguing about is it?

Only seen the first fast n furious but i don't think i could get so sucked in by an actor to the point i have a sticker on my car

If we are going to have this discussion then I'd say his most memorable/meaningful quote is 'I owe you a 10 second car.'

And therefore completely irrelevant to the thread. Excellent.

about as irrelevant as putting your favorite 'Brian' quote (to this thread both have no relevancy at all). And almost as irrelevant as putting an actors name under a characters quote (being my point).

Seen it all now! Arguing over a sticker.

I don't agree with the sticker personally as think it's a little distasteful. Yet I've always liked the Colin McRae ones; however in my opinion that was relative to his character as a person, where I feel it's a part of him.
This one is somewhat distanced as I know nothing of Paul Walker other than the role he played in the films and it tells you absolutely sweet FA about him.

But I'm not about to dictate to someone that they're in the wrong for it. I've got other things to keep myself occupied, so will leave it to the CS heavies.

You need an actor to read a script. PW was the chosen actor who said quote in question. How is this not relevant to PW?

Ok this has gone far enough, we don't need another discussion/argument thread, you all know where the other one is.
