yeah the first had no mp however it was awesome just for the single player.

i did and it was ok, took ages to get enough people for a game, can't imagine people not realising it hasn't though if they have played it as the first choice is single or multiplayer.

think people are more excited about single player with this game though, its so emersive, the sound effects are amazing, scares the s**t out of me when things start to go wrong. not as much cool music as the last one though yet for me, the opening scene was awesome on the first one.

Tell me about it! I've got it all hooked up through 5.1 surround and it's immense!

This game is everything I expected it to be.

Well that was fun. Bit to easy, freeze then drill is constant win. Which made it very easy. Might have to wack it on hard next time.

im having an issue with it actually its the sound voices very quiet and stuff but then an explosion and the house almost falls down so i turn it down but then i cant hear the voices its a bit annoying

Is it just me or does the game run at a slightly lower frames per second as the 1st one?

i think its the fact your a big daddy in a big suit it feels like walking in treacle online is much faster and fluid i found

Can you not adjust the effects & voice volume in the settings somewhere?

(I don't have it so canny check lol)

im now truly stuck in a room and cant get out its a room in teh pink pearl with a woman suspended in it the door wont open the last time i s\ved was at the start of the level and im not going all the way back there

Completed this today, I said before that the ammo is tight but when I got the drill specialist tonic it allowed me to save up alot of ammo which lasted me to the end of the game.

Theres a setting on the options menu to increase the FPS of the game but sacrifising the general "look" of the graphics. Seams much better!

I cant make myself go through to the next room untill ive searched all the other dead ends.

I do that too lol even go as far as moving surplus ammo, etc to areas so that I am ready for fights

Think it spawned from FF series for me, though my worst game for this has got to be Fallout 3. I have a hunted down weapons and armour, repaired them to 100% and have 10 of each item sat in a locker (obviously not unique items), all the 100% surplus stuff is in another locker and the desk contains stuff awaiting repair lol
