PC to TV....?

I've got films on my pc that I'd really like to watch on my 40" Bravia with Pioneer home theatre instead of a Dell 20" LCD with average sound system but I'd like to know what cable I need from my desktop or if there's some sort of wireless thing I can use?!

The pc is about 10m away from the Bravia

i got a VGA to VGA cable from my pc to my samsung 32inch yet it still doesnt work

I connected my 32" LCD to my PC via a DVI cable, and had a dual screen setup so that I could watch films on the LCD and the pc on the normal LCD

I've got a dual screen setup with my old sanyo 28" widescreen.
I'm using the S-video out on my graphics card with a composite video converter on the end (i have spares of these!)......none of this HMDi lark but good for streaming south park
